Although a small team of six, the agency packs a serious punch, and represents clients on a worldwide scale. We are offering an amazing opportunity to come and join our journey, as we embark on a new level of development and growth. The role is varied and interesting, working across a variety of clients, providing the chance to be creative, ambitious and driven. 

Our new person will form a key function within our small team. They will have the opportunity to develop their own role to play to their strengths, whilst maintaining a professional focus on client objectives, company goals, and creativity. 

So what could this look like? 

We are the external marketing department for our clients. We do everything for them within the marketing and PR mix. No two days are the same, but here’s a list of what you might get involved with if you came to join us: 

• Client liaison and meetings to understand their goals and objectives 
• Eye-catching content creation: video, written, audio, visual, and the management of sub-contractors to do the same 
• Copywriting for social media, websites, press, case studies, blogs, newsletters and collateral 
• Proofreading of written and designed materials 
• Creative planning of marketing plans and strategies across a variety of accounts 
• Press liaison. Exhibition planning. Entering awards. Event promotion and organisation 
• Negotiating sponsorships and advertising. Understanding Google Ads 
• Print and design management. WordPress website project management and maintenance 
• Client reporting, presentations, and making confident suggestions to improve their presence 

Who are we looking for? 

If you’re our next team member you have a keen eye for detail. You’re creative, interested, driven, and professional. You get on well with people and enjoy working as part of a team, although if you need to, you can work alone too. You excel at English and are militant about spelling and grammar. You get a kick out of translating client wishes into actions that deliver their objectives. You have a good understanding of social media and websites, as well as some knowledge of wider marketing. You have a positive attitude regardless of stresses and demands. You enjoy responsibility and want to develop. You want to be well paid, treated fairly, work decent hours, and maybe travel a bit.
