Stage 1 

Full marketing consultation: Why do you want a new website? What do you want it to achieve? Who’s the audience? What are your competitors doing? How can you stand out? 

Keyword research – we take the keywords you think you’d like to rank for in terms of SEO, and we research the volume of searches for them.  

Fully bespoke site map outlining all the pages to discuss before we start building. 

Fully bespoke website design to your specification, with all the features you’d like to include. We create these as pdfs before we start coding, for ultimate flexibility.  

We work to your brand guidelines. If you don’t have these, we help you build them, so the website provides a template for all future company designs and allows consistency. 

Copywriting – using the keyword research we write the copy for your website, ensuring that all content is correctly tagged with your keywords, and that your target words and phrases are optimised throughout the site. 

Once the designs and copy are approved, the website is built. We use WordPress, which we have found to be the most responsive and futureproof platform. 

Stage 2 

We ensure that your website is indexed correctly – we help set up your profiles across search engines. 

We create branding for your social media channels, making sure you have on-brand cover photos, descriptions and graphics that reflect your branding and website. 

We set up Google Analytics on the back end of your website so that you can see how traffic is building. 

We install SEO plugins on the back end of your site so you can see in real time how you are ranking for your designated keywords. 

Stage 3 

We run all the above for a full month, after the website has been launched, to get you up and running. This includes creating social media content for you for a month, providing you with reports, and creating graphics and recommendations for future content. 

We furnish and empower you with all the tools and techniques you need to continue to drive traffic to your website. Everything is owned by you. We’re here if you need us, or if you’re happy on your own at that point, that’s fine too!
